Terms of Service
Last updated: May 23, 2026
1. About Enso
Enso (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) sells access credentials for a third-party Claude-compatible API and provides a reverse proxy at api.ensohq.xyz. By purchasing a key or using the Service you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Service where its operation is prohibited by local law.
3. The product
A key is a credential that authenticates requests to api.ensohq.xyz against a third-party provider. Each key ships with a pre-loaded usage allowance, billed by token usage at the rates published on the product page. The key stops working once that allowance is exhausted. The Service does not guarantee a specific token quota, rate limit, or model availability. Those are determined by the upstream and may change without notice.
4. Upstream dependency & revocation
Keys rely on continued upstream availability. The upstream provider, or Anthropic as the model operator, may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke any key at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: abuse, ToS violation upstream, regional policy changes, or general service changes. We do not control these events. If a key is non-functional within 24 hours of delivery and the balance has not been depleted by usage, contact us for a replacement. Claims made after 24 hours are not eligible for replacement or refund.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the upstream’s.
- Bypass safety systems, jailbreak production models, or generate CSAM, weapons synthesis, malware, or targeted harassment.
- Resell keys, sublicense access, or operate a competing reseller using credentials purchased here.
- Probe, scan, or attack the Service’s infrastructure.
You remain bound by the upstream provider’s usage policies when calling the API through a key purchased here.
6. Payment
Payments are accepted in USDT or USDC on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, or Base. Transactions are on-chain and final once confirmed. You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network. Wrong-network or wrong-token transfers may be unrecoverable.
7. Delivery
Keys are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within one minute of on-chain confirmation. It is your responsibility to provide a working address and to store the keys securely.
8. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. In summary: keys delivered and usable are final sale; dead-on-arrival keys are replaced within 24 hours of delivery.
9. Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant continuous availability of the upstream provider or of any specific Claude model.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected key. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or revoke access to keys that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms, without refund. We may also discontinue the Service at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
