Refund Policy
Last updated: May 23, 2026
Summary
Crypto payments are non-reversible and keys are delivered instantly. All sales are final. We do replace keys that fail on first use within a short window after delivery.
1. Why no general refunds
Once your transaction confirms on-chain, the wallet has no path to reverse it. The product (an API key) is delivered automatically within seconds and cannot be reclaimed. Both factors together mean we cannot offer a general refund window after delivery.
2. Dead-on-arrival replacement
You qualify for a free replacement key if all of the following apply:
- The key is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The key balance has not been depleted by usage.
- The key fails with a clear authentication or revoked-credential error on
api.ensohq.xyz(we will verify this from our logs).
Replacements are issued from current inventory. If we cannot replace within 7 days, we will refund that key’s pro-rata price in the same token on the same network.
3. What is not covered
- Keys that worked initially and were later rate-limited, suspended, or revoked by the upstream provider after use.
- Keys you exposed publicly (committed to GitHub, posted in chat, leaked in a screenshot), where the exposure caused revocation.
- Models being temporarily unavailable upstream (e.g. a specific model returning errors while others on the same key work).
- Buyer’s remorse, package mistake, wrong-chain payment, or wrong email entered at checkout.
4. Wrong-network or wrong-token transfers
We accept USDT or USDC on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, or Base only. If you sent a different token or used a different network, contact us with the transaction hash. Recovery is not guaranteed and may require you to cover any gas or bridge cost.
5. How to file a claim
Email our support address with:
- Order ID (from your delivery email).
- Affected key, last 6 characters only (e.g.
sk-… a1b2c3). - Timestamp of the failed request and the error message returned.
We respond within 24 hours on business days.
6. Chargebacks
Because payment is on-chain, traditional chargebacks do not apply. Filing a fraudulent dispute through a third-party service used to fund the transaction may result in your future orders being blocked.
